يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أسباب عزوف معلمي ومعلمات مادة قواعد اللغة العربية عن إعداد الخطة اليومية للدرس، وتكمن أهميته بأنه محاولة للتعرف على هذِهِ الأسباب عن طريق الاستبيان ثم حساب الوسط المرجح لكل فقرة ووزنها النسبي، وتضمن الاستبيان (31) فقرة تمثل بمجملها مجموعة استفسارات عن الخطة اليومية والقدرة على إعدادها وما يتعلـق بها من الناحية الشخصية للمعلم ومن الناحية الإدارية التي تتمثل بصلة المعلم بالإدارة والإشراف التربوي وكذلك الظروف التي تحيط بالمعلم . واقتصر هذا البحث على معلمي ومعلمات قواعد اللغة العربية في المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي 2006م/ 2007م. ومن أهم النتائج التي خرج بها البحث: 1) باستطاعة بعض المعلمين إيصال المادة بدون خطة درس. 2) ضعف معرفة بعض المعلمين بإعداد الخطة اليومية وقلة معلوماته بأهمية التخطيط للدرس وعدم قدرته على تطبيقها. 3) لا توجد دورات تطويرية للمعلم في طرائق التدريس ، وقلة توافر الحوافز والامتيازات ، وضعف متابعة الإدارات، وعدم اهتمام المشرفين والمراجع العليا بذلك. 4) تأثير الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة على المعلم وقلة المردود المالي. 5) إن إعداد الخطة اليومية يعد عملا روتينيا ويحتاج إلى وقت. 6) عدم وجود الجو التعليمي المناسب، وقلة الوسائل المساعدة لتنفيذ خطة الدرس. 7) قلة التشجيع من قبل الزملاء لإعداد خطة الدرس ، وضعف اهتمام المعلمين الآخرين بها. 8) لا توجد عقوبات مناسبة عند عدم إعداد الخطة اليومية من قبل المعلمين.
This research represents the study of the reasons which makes teachers of Arabic language neglect the use of daily lesson plan. The importance of this research lies in its attempt to discover these reasons by making tests. Then, to know the medial account of each item and its percent. The test consists of (31) items which represents many questions about the daily plan and the ability to repair it from teacher's personality and administration. The latter is related to the relationship between teacher, administration, educational supervision and the condition around him. This research is limited to teachers of Arabic language grammar in primary schools in Saladdin governorate in 2006-2007. The research consists of four chapters. Chapter one deals with the research importance, the need, the aim and the limits of the study. Chapter two deals with the theoretical introduction, lesson planning and aim principals of planning. Chapter three introduces the research curricula, the procedures and the research surrounding. Chapter four presents results and their explanation:- The important results which the research comes up with are the following: 1) Teacher is able to teach the subject without a teaching plan. 2) Teacher lacks of a way of making a daily plan and how to apply it. 3) Teacher needs a training courses in methods of teaching. 4) The difficult economic and financial conditions against teachers. 5) Teaching plan preparation needs a fair length of time. 6) Lack of the scientific atmosphere and the helping aids to achieve a teaching plan. 7) Teachers don’t pay attention for the daily teaching plan. 8) There is no legal punishment against careless teachers. \
