إن النظام التعليمي في مملكتنا الحبيبة يملك القدرة على الاختيار والتطوير وعلى استشراف المستقبل، لذلك فهو بحاجة إلى رؤية تربوية محددة تعيد بناء الأهداف وتجدد الموارد بما يتواكب مع المستجدات الحديثة والاتجاهات العالمية التربوية، ومن الضروري أن تستند هذه النظرية إلى أن التعليم ليس فقط مسألة سياسة بل هو عمل ذو أبعاد اجتماعية واقتصادية وأمنية؛ ، كما أن تعليم الرياضيات كمادة ضرورية للحياة العصرية مازال ينقصه الكثير, من هنا قامت الباحثة ببناء نموذج لتفعيل التعليم الإلكتروني في مادة الرياضيات في التعليم العام خلال الخمس السنوات القادمة وتحكيمه من قبل مجموعة من المحكمين؛ ويقوم النموذج بناء على نموذج والكر Walker لتطوير المنهج وأفكاره في توظيف التكنولوجيا في التعليم وذلك بما يتوافق مع شريعتنا الإسلامية. وهو يهدف إلى تضافر الجهود الوطنية نحو تطوير البنية التعليمية وفق الحاضر ونحو المستقبل، وذلك لمواجهة التحديات والتغلب على الصعوبات وتسخير الفرص التعليمية للأبناء والشباب والأجيال القادمة في عصر التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية والانترنت. وتشمل الدراسة على إطار مرجعي شامل حول ما ورد عن التعليم الإلكتروني في الأدبيات والمراجع العلمية والدراسات السابقة، المبررات العلمية والعملية للنموذج، المنطلقات الفكرية للنموذج، آليات تطبيق النموذج على أرض الواقع، معوقات تطبيق النموذج
The educational system in our beloved kingdom has the ability of choice , development and predicting the future. So , it needs a precise and definite educational vision that rebuilds objectives and renews resources in order to cope with the newest developments and international educational trends. Such a theory or vision must not rely only on the consideration that education is apolitical matter, but also it should consider it as a work of social , economical and security sides It's also clear that the teaching of mathematics as an essential subject modern life, lacks a lot of things. And because of that , the researcher has built a model for making the e-learning (electronic learning) of mathematics effective in general education during the next five years , and judging this model by a group of judges The model is based on "Walker's Model'' for developing the curriculum and its concepts in functioning technology in teaching (learning) in accordance with our Islamic legislation. It aims to gather the national efforts to develop the educational structure according to the present and towards the future . 1 "his is done in order to face the challenger , coming over the obstacles and making use of the educational chances for sons , youth and the next generations in the era of in formation technology and the internet. The study includes a comprehensive referential frame work -about what is mentioned about e-learning in the literature , the scientific references and the previous researches. It also includes the scientific and practical justifications for the model , the theoretical basics of the model , the mechanisms for applying the model on real situations and the barriers or obstacles that face the application of the model
