The Arab revolutions represent a serious shift, mainly in the several challenges between the national, Arab and Islamic inside, on the one hand, and the regional, international outside, on the other. Some of the big questions to rising groups are related to their Islamic reference, their attitude to change and their ability to face successive issues. The present study attempts to foresee their future as well as rationalize their track from a civilizational, Islamic perspective. It is concluded that the Arab revolutions exploded as a result of extremely grave external threats. Therefore, their success, side by side with the rise of the Islamists, is not only associated with the internal circumstances, but also with foreign factors. Furthermore, this change is likely to push the entire globe to be more just and human, not just more democratic as advocates of democracy preach.
