المستخلص: The Palestinian issue and its Arab milieu always affect each other, especially in the era of the Arab Spring, which has not yet come to an end. Anyway, a new vision is being formed for an ongoing conflict, as major regional players leave while others replace them and, thus, change the balance of power. Although some argue that the negative effect on the conflict with Israel is greater due to the fall of states supportive of resistance, the revolts have generally mixed, and will keep mixing, many papers. On the other hand, Israel – having missed several chances of settlement – has the right to worry about its interests. Elected governments have emerged, and some regimes which guaranteed security for its borders for decades have fallen. Therefore, the Israeli intelligence agencies are facing new challenges in the region. Other changes have taken place in the fields related to the Israeli military, such as technology and capabilities, especially with the expansion of the electronic war. It has to perform new high-precision missions, like following "what is going on in the street by the new tools added, including gathering information and conducting studies also aiming to keep up with those making public opinion", according to the Israeli military intelligence.
