|b The World Trade Organization is indispensible to the international community. Therefore, it needs constant improvement in light of growing trade, major global changes and economic integrations. \ This is a summary of a report on the necessity of a reform programme. The report is prepared by Dr Talal Abu-Ghazala, a member of an expert committee at the WTO. \ Twenty-three recommendations are made in the report under 4 major aspects to sustain the organization, namely: enhancing commerce; simplifying and boosting decision-making; encouraging governance; forging a liable process to judge any action related to the reform proposals. \ There are also 3 appendices. The first includes the recommendations, the second highlights the importance of holding an agreement on internet economy, and the third gives an overview of Dr Abu-Ghazala.
