When the state goes into a new stage by electing a new president, this is just a significant step in preparing for a new order. The rebuilding of the state and its relationship with the society requires several stages of social transition, one of which is a conflict between the old regime components and the newcomers, who aim to change the philosophy of political power. Here, dispute also rises over the philosophy of development and procedural details in the process of forming institutions and their management. Therefore, the next stage of political transition shall witness a great deal of argument. The present paper discusses the challenges to the new government which would hinder the total success of its project. The initial interim phase would witness a kind of dispute over, or maybe distribution of, power or parts of it. Thus, the question is how to overcome the difficulties facing the new arrangements as well as get rid of temporary flaws so that they would not become typical of the new political order, especially those related to democracy and civil-military relations. All these issues have to be addressed within a scope of integration and national interest.
