Abstract: The Crusades increased the enthusia sm of Mouslims in Palestine and the Islamic World. Poets began to transfer the people’s rage to provoke others. Among the poets who wrote about this were brilliant. Some of them were Ibn-Al-Qairasany, Al- Abuodi, Osama bin Munkid, and others. Their poems were in the history books, such as “Al-Routatain, fie Akhbar Al-Doulatain” written by Al-Maqdisy who died in 665A.H. The action was put in an elegant way. The poems which were written in this book have the following aspects: 1. Provoking the Islamic leaders to free Jerusalem and other cities. 2. Describing the battles clearly. 3. Morning over martyrs and Jerusalem. Some of these poems were analyzed artistically and literally.
