يهدف البحث إلى استقصاء أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على الدمج في تنمية بعض مهارات تدريس العلوم لدى طالبات كلية التربية، جامعة الملك خالد. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 140 طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة قسم الفيزياء، تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين إحداهما ضابطة تم تدريبها بالطريقة التقليدية والأخرى تجريبية تم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح القائم على الدمج بين التدريس المصغر والنمذجة في تدريبها. وقد قامت الباحثة بتصميم برنامج تدريبي قائم على الدمج بين النمذجة والتدريس المصغر ويتخذ الخطوات التالية: أ) إعداد النموذج حيث يتم تحديد مهارات تدريس العلوم والمهارات المرتبطة بها فتوضع الأهداف التي يسعى لتحقيقها ومن ثم يتم طرح التساؤلات حول كيفية تحقيق هذه الأهداف المرتبطة بهذه المهارات والقيام بعمل خريطة لمهارات تدريس العلوم للإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات ومن ثم تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة. ب) تمثيل النموذج وهنا يتم عمل محاكاة أو تخطيط أو تمثيل لهذا النموذج في صورة تدريس مصغر يعتمد على ملاحظة معلمات العلوم لتنفيذ مهارات تدريس العلوم. ج) تطبيق النموذج وهنا تستخدم الطالبة المعلمة هذه المحاكاة في تطبيق مهارات تدريس العلوم ويتم متابعتها من خلال البطاقة المعدة لذلك. ولقياس الأداء القبلي والبعدي في مجموعتي البحث تم تصميم بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مستوى مهارات تدريس العلوم للطالبات/ المعلمات بكلية التربية للبنات بجامعة الملك خالد في المهارات التالية: التهيئة - الشرح - اختيار الوسائل التعليمية المناسبة - الأسئلة - الإنهاء - إدارة الفصل) والتأكد من صدق البطاقة و ثباتها وبعد الانتهاء من التطبيق، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام حزمة البرامج الإحصائية SPSS. والمقارنة بين نتائج اختبار (ت) والمتوسطات للمجموعات المترابطة والمستقلة وقياس حجم التأثير ومربع ايتا وأظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي: توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي لمتوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة لمهارات (التهيئة - الشرح - اختيار الوسائل التعليمية المناسبة - الأسئلة - الإنهاء - إدارة الفصل) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية ويرجع ذلك نتيجة لتطبيق البرنامج، كما أوضحت النتائج التأثير الكبير للبرنامج في اكساب الطالبات المعلمات لمهارات تدريس العلوم. وفي ضوء النتائج اقترحت الباحثة: 1. دراسة أثر الدمج بين التعليم المصغر والنمذجة في تدريب الطالبات المعلمات في مواد دراسية أخري وفي تخصصات مختلفة. 2. دراسة أثر الدمج بين التعليم المصغر والنمذجة في تنمية التفكير الإبتكاري والتفكير الناقد لدى الطالبة المعلمة. 3. دراسة فعالية برنامج تدريب مقترح بالدمج بين أسلوب التدريس المصغر والنمذجة في تنمية بعض مهارات التدريس للمعلمة أثناء الخدمة. 4. إجراء دراسة للتعرف على أسلوب أثر استخدام مداخل تدريبية أخرى لتدريب الطالبة/ المعلمة على مهارات التدريس 5. الاهتمام بإجراء دراسات تقويمية لبرامج إعداد وتدريب معلمات العلوم قبل وأثناء الخدمة. 6. دراسة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية مهارات الإشراف التربوي للمشرفات التربويات.
The search summary to research to explore the impact of the proposed training programme based on integration in the development of some science skills among students, Faculty of education, King Khalid University. The study sample consisted of 140 female students from 3rd Division students of the Physics Department, was divided into two groups, one officer trained in the traditional manner and the other pilot was applying the proposed programme is based on combining micro-teaching and modeling in the train.
