من التوائم المتلاصقة ما يعيش عمرا كسائر الناس وهو على التصاقه، وهذا الاتصال البدني بين كل توأمين تترتب عليه أحكام خاصة بهما، تتطلب البيان والتفصيل وفق الآتي: • التمهيد لها بتعريف التوائم المتلاصقة غير المفصولة؛ وأنها كل توأمين ولدا متصلين خلقة وعاشا، مع ذكر أمثلة على وجودها عبر التاريخ؛ لتمام تجلية الموضوع واكتمال تصوره. • بيان أداء التوأمين للعبادات البدنية من صلاة وحج ونحوهما حكما وكيفا، وان ذلك مراعى فيه الاستطاعة والقدرة في الفرض والتطوع. • حكم القيام بالتصرفات البدنية بين التوأمين، سواء كانت على وجه المصلحة لهما أو لحدهما، او على وجه الضرر بهما او بأحدهما، أو على وجه التعارض، مع بيان حكم خيار المجلس فيما بينهما في التعاملات المالية. • زواج التوأمين المتلاصقين والزواج بهما؛ ببين الحكم فيهما حلا وحرمة، سواء كانا ذكرين او أنثيين، وكذلك بين حكم إرثهما والإرث منهما. • وقوع الجناية من أحدهما على الآخر أو على غيرهما إذا ترتبت عليها عقوبة بدنية على أحدهما – قودا كانت في النفس أو ما دونها، او حد أو تعزيرا – تطلب بيان حكم عمل ما يمنع وصول أثر العقوبة إلى التوأم غير الجاني ونوعه، وبيان الحكم في تنفيذ العقوبة إذا تعذر ذلك. • الجناية على أحد التوأمين، اقتضت بيان حكم موجب سرايتها إلى التوأم الآخر، وكذلك بيان الحكم المترتب على وقوعها على العضو المشترك بين التوأمين. وبهذا تتكامل العناصر الرئيسة للموضوع، وتتبين الأحكام الخاصة به مما للالتصاق بين التوأمين أثر ظاهر فيه. وبالله التوفيق.
