. هدفت الدراسةُ في هذا البحث إلى بيان الأحكام المتعلِّقة بصيام الستِّ من شوّال، ودراسةِ المسائل المتعلِّقة بها، من حيث مشروعية صيامِها والتتابع فيه، والتّطوّع بالصيام لَمنْ عليه فرضٌ أو قضاءٌ، وحُكْمَ تبييت النيةِ في صيام التّطوّع، وتأخيرِ صيام الستِّ من شوّال إلى ما بعدّ شوّال،، وحكمِ قطع صوم التّطوّع، وحكمِ صوم الستِّ من شوّال إذا وافقَ يومَ الجمُعة والسبت، ثم ذكرتْ بعضَ الأخطاء والاعتقادات المتعلّقة بصيام الستّ من شوّال. وتوصّلَتْ إلى: مشروعيّة صيام الستِّ من شوّال وأنه سنَّةٌ مؤكَّدة، واستحبابِ التتابع في صيامِها، وجوازِ التّطوّع بالصيام لمن عليه صيامُ فرضٍ، وأنه لا يصحُّ صيامُ الستّ من شوّال لمن عليه قضاءٌ من رمضان، ووجوبِ تبييت النيةِ في النفل المعيّن دون المطلَق، وجوازِ تأخير صيام الستّ من شوّال إلى ما بعد شوّال لمن كان معذوراً، وجوازِ قطع صوم التّطوّع، وكراهةِ إفرادِ يومِ الجمُعة ويومِ السبت بالتّطوّع بالصيام من غير سبب.
The objective of this study is to explain the rulings pertaining to fasting six days of Shawwal and related issues, such as the legality of fasting these days and fasting them consecutively, the one who fasts a voluntarily fast while having an obligatory fast to make up, the ruling of making the intention to fast a voluntary fast the night before, postponing fasting six days of Shawwal to after Shawwal, the ruling of breaking a voluntary fast, and the ruling of fasting six days of Shawwal if they coincide with a Friday or Saturday. Then I mentioned some errors and superstitious beliefs pertaining to fasting six days of Shawwal. I concluded that: fasting six days of Shawwal is legislated and that it is a Sunnah Mu'akkada (highly emphasized Sunnah), fasting them consecutively is recommended, fasting a voluntarily fast is completely permissible for the one who has an obligatory fast to make up, fasting six days of Shawwal is not permissible for one who has fasts to make up from Ramadan, making the intention to fast a specific voluntary fast the night before is obligatory contrary to an unspecified voluntary fast, postponing fasting six days of Shawwal to after Shawwal is permissible for one who has a legitimate excuse, breaking a voluntary fast is permissible, and singling out Friday or Saturday for fasting a voluntary fast for no reason is disliked.
