فهذا بحث بعنوان : (منهج ابن القيّم فى التعرف على المقاصد وإعمالها، من خلال كتابه إعلام الموقعين) قام به الدكتور/عبد الوهاب بن عبد الله الرسيني، وهو يهدف لبيان الطريقة التى نتعرف فيها على المقاصد سواء أكانت للشارع أم للمكلفين، ومنهج إعمال هذه المقاصد بعد التعرف عليها، فاتجه الباحث لعلم من أعلام المقاصد وهو "ابن قيم الجوزية" واختار كتاباً له زخر بذكر المقاصد وهو: "إعلام الموقعين عن رب العالمين"، وعمل فيه على استقراء كتابه واستنباط منهجه الذي سار عليه فى التعرف على المقاصد وإعمالها. وكان المنهج المتبع استقراء كلام ابن القيم ؛ فما نص عليه من منهج فى التعرف والإعمال يُذكر ، وما استُنبط من خلال ما ذكر من المقاصد ؛ فيُذكر ما استُنبط ويُتبع بكلام اين القيّم الشاهد عليه . وقد خرج الباحث بنتائج عديدة من أهمها : • للتعرف على مقاصد الشارع منهج يُلتزم به عند التعرف . • تميز ابن القيم بذكر طرق التعرف على مقاصد المكلف، وبيات درجاتها . • التعرف على المقاصد غير كافٍ فإن هناك منهجاً يبيّن المقاصد المعتبرة، ومتى يعمل بها، وماذا يقدم منها عند تزاحمها، سواء كان التزاحم بين مقصد الشارع ومقصد المكلف، أو كان بين مقاصد الشارع، أو بين مقاصد المكلف \
This research is titled by (Ibn al-Qayyim's method to identify the purposes and their applications, through his book Elam Almowakeen) By Dr. / Abdul Wahab Bin Abdullah Alrseni, and its intended to show the way in which to recognize the purposes whether it's for Shari or who is required to do so, and the way of implementing these purposes after recognizing it. Therefore, the researcher had headed for (Ibn Al-Qayyim) one of the leaders in this filed and chose his book (Elam Al-Mowakeen) which contained many examples of the purposes and tried to extrapolate his book and conclude his method in recognizing and implementing purposes. The researcher approach was to extrapolate Ibn Al-Qayyim's words. Ibn Al-Qayyim mentioned in his book as a method in recognizing and implementing the purposes which has been mentioned by the researcher. Moreover, what is concluded by the researcher through studying the purposes will be mentioned followed by the words of Ibn Al-Qayyim to prove it. The researcher came up with many important results such as: To recognize the purposes of Shari a certain method must be followed. Ibn Alqayyim was known by mentioning the method of recognizing the purposes and stating its levels. Identifying the purposes of Sharia is not enough, there is an approach shows the considerable purposes, and when its implemented, and what should be put first when these purposes compete or conflict, whether this compete or conflict was between Shari purposes or the purpose of who is required to implement it or between Shari purposes in general and between the purposes of whom is required to implement it \
