Prophet Mohammed’s letters to kings and princes are of great significance in the Islamic history. They represent one of the phases through which Islam spreading has experienced. Similarly, they represent one of the techniques of introducing Islam to other nations. Prophet Mohammed has sent many letters to kings, princes and chieftains of clans inviting them to embrace Islam in the Arabia or beyond the borders of Arabia. This study deals with these letters that were sent. They ore eight letters. Due to the significance these letters held in that era in the history of Islam, the scholar has collected these letter and studied them at length. the study starts with on introduction and three sections. The first of which describes these letters precisely Introducing their contents, quality of the leather used, the size of the font, the kind of writing, the seals used and their dates of delivery. The second reviews the content of these letters, short reviews about the kings and princes for whom these were sent and the people who hold these letters. Finally the responses made by those kings and princes. Some of then answered positively and some others negatively.
