دراسة استعمال الليزر في طب الأمراض الجلدية ، تقرحات الجلد - ثأليل - الوشم - الوحمة

المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تقيم كفاء ليزر الدايود (GaALAS) ذي الطول الموجي nm (820 -810) بوساطة ملاحظة الأعراض المرضية في معالجة بعض الأمراض الجدلية ومتابعة المرضى خلال فترة المعالجة.
لقد استعمل كدراسة أولية (لسان الخروف) وتم تعريضه للإشعاع الليزري بقدرات وتعيدلات مختلفة وبازمان مختلفة ولملاحظة تأثير سقوط الشعاع (نبضي أو مستمر) على لسان الخروف وتم تسجيل مدى تأثير العمق خلال النسيج وكان اختيار القدرة المناسبة (15w) بالاستعمال المباشر لليف البصري وبزمن نبضي (Sec-pulse ١) وفاصلة زمنية (interval Time) (Sec ١) وكانت النتيجة إيجابية من خلال إيجاد العمق المناسب لاختراق بشرة الجلد دون التأثير السلبي للمناطق المجاورة. ثم اختيرت مجاميع علاجية للمرضى وبأعمار مختلفة من ذكور وإناث للحالات المرضية (رفع الثأليل – الوشم) - الورم اللمفي الحلقي والوحمة الدموية).
حيث تم معالجة المرضى بالطرائق العلاجية التقليدية (استخدام المواد الكيميائية - الكي الكهربائي وقد نتج عنها بعض الأثار الجلدية غير المستحبة مع تكرار الإصابة بعد فترة زمنية). ولقد تم العلاج في صالة عمليات قسم جراحة الأنف والأذن والحنجرة في مستشفى الجراحة التخصصية باستخدام التخدير الموضعي وتمت متابعة الحالات بعد (٧ أيام - أسبوعين - شهر - ٣ اشهر - ٦ اشهر) واستغرقت الدراسة لمدة ٩ اشهر واكثر - واستعملت طريقة الإزالة باستخدام الليف البصري الليزري بالبدء من الأطراف الخارجية والانحراف إلى الوسط بصورة دائرية وبشكل نبضي وكانت الإزالة سهلة وكاملة.

This research studies the evaluation of laser diode (GaAlAs) efficiency through observing the effects of the wave length of (810-820) nm in the treatment of some derma logical diseases and the follow up of such pathological cases during the treatment period and the improvement of attaining the recovery state.
As a primary study, first we used (a sheep's tongue) and this is exposed to laser radiation with different powers and with different periods to observe the effect of the radiation (pulsing or continuous) falling on the tongue, the extent of the depth effect through the tissue is also registered. A suitable power of (15 W) is also chosen with a direct use of the optical fiber, with a pulse time (1 sec-pulse) and with an interval period (1 sec-pulsing).
The results has been positive through the finding of the suitable depth of permeating the skin with no negative effect on the surrounding tissue. A group of patients of different ages (males), (females) has been chosen for the following pathological cases (removing the wart, the tattoos and the ( Superficial lymphatic malformation, Lobular capillary hemangioma) as the pathological cases have been treated by the traditional medical ways (by using chemical -the electric (cautery) Some undesirable dermal side effects have been noticed together with recurrence of the disease of the same type of sickness after a period of time.
The treatment has been carried out in the operation department of Ear, Nose and Throat (E.N.T.) in a specialized hospital for surgery with the use of positional anesthetization.
As a follow up, the cases have been then examined after (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 moth, 6 month) and the study lasted for 9 months and more.
The elimination (removing) has been carried out with the use of the optical fiber of laser radiation starting from the terminals sliding into the middle in a circular way and with a pulse mode. The elimination has been easy and complete.
The results have been good with the use of the Diodelaser (GaAlAs) by as a good response to the treatment elimination of diseases and unrecurrence of the diseases also the scantiness of the damaging of the treated area. No bleeding is found in the treated area.
We register the recovery rate, recovery period and the diseases recurrence rate. And comparison has been made with the cases treated by the traditional way, we noticed the recurrence of the diseases in traditional therapy.
