المستخلص: على الرغم من الاستقرار الظاهري لمصطلح الفصاحة ومفهوم العربي الفصيح في المدونة التراثية، وما بني عليها عند الدارسين المحدثين، يمكن الزعم ان هذا المفهوم به حاجة الى إعادة نظر، في ضوء تدافع مقولات القدماء فيه، وتداخله في حقول معرفية اثرت في توجيهه توجيها غرضيا، افضي الى تناقضه مع ما يراد منه، وجعله وسما لغويا لعصر بعينه واناس بأعينهم وزمان بعينه. الامر الذي تحكم بتطور اللغة وتناميها، من غير مسوغ لغوي حقيقي، سوى سطوة مؤسسة الفصاحة وسلطتها على الحقول المعرفية في التراث العربي. وقد سعى البحث، على قدر اطاقته الى ان يجلي المفهوم في ضوء القران الكريم، والواقع اللغوي، لسبر الياته وموجهاته، ورصد الحراك الذي افضى الى حاكميته في النص القرآني، والنص اللغوي، معا، وتبيان اثر هذه الحاكمية، وما يبني عليها، في صياغة تصورات العربي عن العالم قديما وحديثا. وقد وصل البحث، الى نتائج أسهمت في تحديد اثر السلطة، بكل تجلياتها، في صياغة المفهوم وتوجيهه، في خدمتها، وتغيير علاقة الانسان باللغة في ضوء ذلك، سعيا الى تثبيت سلطتها عليه بتصورات لغوية توازي سلطتها الفعلية عليه في الواقع السياسي والثقافي. وأعاد البحث صياغة مفهوم الفصاحة على انه تطابق الذات مع كينونتها اللغوية ومحيطها المعرفي بوصف التطابق شرطا لتحققها الإنساني، الذي هو غاية اللغة ومالها.

Despite of the explicit stability of the term' eloquence' and the Arabic eloquent concept in the written tradition and what modern scholars have built on, it is assumed that the term is in need of re-wording in the light of what the traditionalists have commented on and its interrelation with other fields of knowledge which effect its instruction .This instruction leads to make it in contrast to what is demanded of and makes it as a linguistic feature of certain era, certain people and of certain time. This effect controls language and its development without any real linguistic reason except that of the authority of 'eloquence' and its effect on other fields of knowledge in the Arabic tradition. This research has aimed to explain properly the term 'eloquence' in the light of both the Holly Quran and the linguistic reality for the sake of examining its work and investigating its movement that lead to its authority in both the Holly Quran and the linguistic text. Moreover, this research aims to explain the effect of this authority and on what is built in the formulation of the Arabic views on the modern and the traditional world. Therefore, the research has arrived at the results that achieve the specification of all faces of authority in the re- wording of this term 'eloquence' and its instruction in order to support this authority and accordingly change the relationship between man and language .In addition to that ,authority aims at confirming its control on 'eloquence' by the use of the linguistic views which parallel its real control on 'eloquence' in the cultural and political reality .This research also arrives at the results that re- define the term 'eloquence' as the identification of the self with its linguistic being and its cognitive circumstance for describing this identification as a condition to its humanistic achievement which is the real aim of language.
