إن للتعليم الجامعي دور أساس ومتميز في تهيئة وإعداد الكوادر البشرية في المجتمع في مختلف الجوانب، وللتدريسي الجامعي دور فعال في إعداد هذه الكوادر البشرية التي يجب إن تكون متميزة علميا وخلقيا، عليه لابد من توفر بعض السمات السلوكية المرغوبة لدى التدريسي إضافة إلى الجانب العلمي . هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات السلوكية المرغوبة لدى التدريسي الجامعي من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام والطلبة في كلية التربية الأساسية . واعتمد الباحثان الاستبيان كأداة للبحث ، وتم استخراج الصدق الظاهري والثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار للأداة ،بلغت عينة البحث (100) طالب وطالبة وهي تمثل نسبة (%20) من المجتمع الكلي لطلبة الصف الرابع ، أما عينة رؤساء الأقسام فقد بلغت (10) فردا حيث بلغت جميع العينة (110) فردا تم استخدام الوسط المرجح لمعرفة مدى أهمية السمات وكذلك استخدم الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين لمعرفة الفروق الموجودة بين وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام والطلبة بشكل عام وكذلك بين الطلاب والطالبات . أظهرت النتائج ما يأتي : - أن من أهم السمات السلوكية المرغوبة لدى التدريسي الجامعي من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام هي : يتصف بالأخلاق الحميدة ،يمتلك القدرة على إدارة الصف ،يتحمل المسؤولية بجدارة ، يمتلك ثقة عالية بنفسه ، يخلص في تدريسه ويصحح الأوراق الامتحانية بموضوعية ودقة . - اتفاق وجهة نظر الطلبة مع وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام على أن أكثر السمات أهمية هي (يتصف بالأخلاق الحميدة). - اتفاق وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام مع وجهة نظر الطلبة على أن اقل السمات أهمية هي (يتسم أسلوبه بالمرونة في التعامل). - وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام والطلبة ولصالح رؤساء الأقسام . -وعدم وجود فروق داله إحصائيا بين وجهة نظر الطلاب والطالبات .
University plays the final role in preparing human resources of the community from various aspects , University teacher takes an efficient role in formulating these resources to be academically as well as morally prepared . Such a feature though demands the existence of some desired behavioral aspects in addition to the academic side . The study aims to identify these desired behavioral traits in University teacher from the point of view of heads of the departments and students at the College of Basic Education . The researchers used interview as a tool , reliability and stability were found the sample reached (100) students representing (20%) of the total society of fourth stage students , as for the heads of the departments sample reached (10), where the whole sample reached (110) . The potenial mean has been used for the knowledge of the importance extent for each trait and also the application of the T-test for two separate samples for the knowledge of the differences that were existed between the point of view of the heads of the departments and the students. - The results show that one of the important desirable behavioral traits for the universal lecturer from the point of view of the heads of the departments is : characterized by good manners , have the ability of class management ,withstand the responsibility effectively , hove high self –confidence , sencerite in learning , correct the examination papers objectively and precisely . - The results show the agreement of the point of view of the students the point of view of the heads of the departments that the most important traits are (having good manner). - The point of view of the heads of the departments have been agreed with that of the students completely. with respect to sex also that the least trait importance is (his way of dealings is flexible). - The results show the existence of differences with statistical indication between the point of view of the heads of the departments and the students. - For the benefit of the heads of the department with no existences of indicated differences between the point of view of the students of both sexes.
