المستخلص: We must recognized first the reality of the deteriorating Iraqi economy and the actual needs for pumping investments in the light of what this economy suffered for more than a whole generation of Attrition as a result of the massive wars and irresponsible policies, in addition to corruption, but this need must not be a matter of negligence on the rights of Iraq and not controlling tracks of its political, economic and social development in light of the availability of an overwhelming desire to the advancement of the Iraqi economy. In addition to the great opportunity, represented by the strategic alliance with the largest economic powers in the world, all of this can provide a very large amount of investments in Iraq. \
