المستخلص:	The ability to work and production of disabled individuals in the community was decreased due to disability or impairment which had befallen them, and they must be vocationally rehabilitated, because of what ailed them of wholly or partially disability, in order to give them the opportunity to engage in work that suits them within the limits of their abilities and potential energy that remained after the injury, and help them to adjust - psychologically , Socially and economically - with the conditions of the surrounding community. Their definite desire to be members working in the community in which they live, in order to provide it - the community - with services, and accept them fully reception as members useful in the community, and that this is not an easy goal to achieve , there must be great efforts to pull them out of the situation in which they feel that they are dependent on others. \
