If we mix between the subject of contract and its object, in the contracts of informatics, the subject of the informational contract is the technical operation which is required to reach into, and to be achieved by the help of computer and its electronic programs. While the subject of commitment is the performance which the debit must perform for the benefit of the credit and his welfare. Thus the subject of the contract of informatics is other than its effect. Based on mixing between (the subject of the contract) and (the subject of commitment), the subject of the contract of informatics will be delivering for special computer appliances, and this is the commitment of the seller who supplies them, and it could be selling for electronic programs, and this the contract of waiving a non material right, and it could be hiring for information, and this is a welfare contract focusing on non material things, and it could be offering a service of services such as the service of maintaining appliances and operating them and this is a contract of the contracts of enterprise or provision of raw materials and spare parts, and it is a contract of the importing contracts and others of other contracts. These contracts are different from one another as they are a combination of the contracts of selling, hiring, enterprise and importing, therefore it is suitable to consider it as a compound contract, composed of different types of contracts which it is difficult to distinguish between the subject of the contract of each type in it, and the subject of commitment incurred in the liability of its two parties. As a result of this overlapping, combining the contract transferring for the ownership of the informational funds (contract of the informational selling), with others of contracts, occurs, such as the hiring contract, operation and maintenance contract, contract of enterprise and offering spare parts and the training contract. \
