المستخلص:	Contract of importing information across (Internet) it is a contract between the importer the information and impostor of the input windows to the internet or by some technical mediums in return of financial pay net importer may producer of it without his own rights information may be from different sources to be collected by importer and to be broadcasted across the internet. Contract of importing information is contract of importing services. It is a commercial contract and it is a contract of times consider. As the contractual operation to be done across the internet it should be determine the applicable law on legal disputes and to express so as the signature should be electronic signature in contrary with ordinary contract.
