|b Migrant workers suffered over the ages and still suffering from the severest degrees of exploitation and degradation in the level of social , economic and health services , and these violations accommodate and affect all types of migrant workers, including both immigrants in a systematic or irregular basis . \ Their suffering vary from the confiscation of their passport or forcing them to work for too long hours ,or held for long periods , failure to provide the most basic health services, being subjected to torture, insults and damage to their luggage, and other forms of inhuman treatment. \ ILO and the Arab Labor Organization have issued many agreements concerning the organization of all the affairs of the workers as a mainstay of an important pillars of international and domestic law.
