It is with the progress of civilization the world is experiencing, and the spread of modern means of spread, plagiarism, literary, and counterfeiting and Commercial fraud, and industrial in its different forms, and the image derogatory, Tnadt countries of the world and its peoples to cooperate in order to protect these rights and prevent them from those who would toy and manipulate the manipulators, and held for that conference, and held international conventions in this regard and issued laws and regulations. \ |
