المستخلص: فيعد العامل النحوي قطب الرحي من النحو العربي ومركز ثقله ومنهجاً متكاملاً لا يستغنى عنه، لهذا وجه العلماء والباحثون قديماً وحديثاً الدراسات صوب العوامل وعللها ولهم الحق في ذلك لأن النحو أثر ومؤثر وعامل ومعمول، ومن وجود العوامل ولا سيما في الحروف ظهرت لفظة الهوامل التي جاءت ظلا للعامل أو على النقيض من باب العمل النحوي، إذ نجد الرماني (ت 384 هـ) في كتابه (معاني الحروف) يكرر لفظ الهوامل أو الحرف الهامل مراراً مع كل حرف غير عامل تقريباً (1) وأرى أن تستعمل لفظة الحروف غير العاملة من وجهة نظر في الدلالة النحوية، أي أن الحرف المهمل من جهة العمل النحوي غير عامل لكن له معنى في الكلام. يثير الانتباه نحو تلك التسمية التي قلما نجدها مستعملة في كتب العوامل النحوية وكتب النحو الأخرى؛ لذا ارتأينا أن نبحث الموضوع ودراسته بصورة منفصلة ومختصة بالحروف والهوامل، ونتتبع علل إهمال تلك الحروف ووجدنا بعضها مذكوراً في كتاب الرماني ولم يذكر علل كثير منها، فكان لزاماً علينا اتباع منهج البحث العلمي وأصوله في تحقيق المعلومات الواردة وموازنتها بكتب الحروف الأخرى ولا سيما علة إهمالها لكي نصل إلى نتائج بعد عرض تلك الحروف بحسب تسلسلها الحرفي، وسيتم ذكرها – إن شاء الله – في نتائج البحث، اعتمدنا على عرض الحروف الهوامل للدراسة والبحث طريقة صاحب الكتاب الرماني في نهجه بذكر الحروف بحسب تسلسلها على وفق عدد حروفها فقسمناها إلى الحروف الأحادية والحروف الثنائية والحروف الثلاثية والحروف الرباعية تباعاً (2). نتحدث عن ترتيبها وعرضها قبل عرض الحروف الهوامل ونورد موجزاً يحدد الهوامل والعوامل وما بين المنزلتين أعني من هو عامل وهامل في الوقت نفسه يجب ذكر ما يتعلق بالجانب الهامل منه وأعداد الحروف كلاً بحسب حقله المقسم على وفق عدد الحروف وسنذكر الحروف أيهما أكثر إهمالاً. لا بد من الإشارة إلى المراجع والمصادر التي اعتمدنا لعيها في إغناء المعلومات النحوية الواردة الذكر في بحثنا المتواضع هذا فقرآن النحو كتاب سيبويه (ت 180 هـ) لا بد أن يكون المرجع الأول ووصيفه كتاب المقتضب للمبرد (ت 285 هـ) ومراجع نحوية أخرى مثل كتب الحروف، وهي حروف المعاني للزجاجي (ت 337 هـ) وكتاب منازل الحروف للرماني أيضاً حققه الدكتور إبراهيم السامرائي ويكفينا الإحالة على مقدمة تحقيقه لهذا الكتاب مع كتاب آخر هو كتاب (الحدود) للرماني أيضاً، وكتابنا المعروض للدرس هو معاني الحروف تحقيق الدكتور عبد الفتاح إسماعيل شلبي اللذان تحدثا فيهما عن حياة الرماني العلمية الفاخرة والزاهرة في تاريخ الدرس اللغوي والنحوي إذ بلغ مجموع كتبه أكثر من مائة كتبا في مختلف علوم اللغة والنحو والتفسير وعلوم القرآن والعلوم الأخرى وهي مستمدة من كتب الإعلام. ولا بد من الاستشهاد والموازنة بين كتابي الجني الداني في حروف المعاني لأبي قاسم المرادي (ت 749 هـ) وكتاب (مغني اللبيب عن كتب الأعاريب) لابن هشام الأنصاري (ت 761 هـ) مع كتبا الرماني (3)، ويدل ذلك التراث الغني على عقلية نابغة في الفكر العربي (4) تستحق الإشاره والإشادة والدراسة. حاولنا دعم المصادر بالبحث عن الحقيقة العلمية في النحو المنحصرة بعلل النحو فنجدها في كتب علل النحو منها (علل النحو لابن الوراق) (ت 381 هـ) ومراجع ومصادر قديمة وحديثة سيرد ذكرها في عرض صفحات البحث القادمة. أما بالنسبة إلى مذهبه النحوي فعده د. عبد الفتاح إسماعيل شلبي بصرياً على الأعم الأغلب وهذا لا يعني عدم مناصرته للكوفيين في بعض الآراء، ويتفرد في بعض الأحيان بآراء خاصة به. ونتمنى من الله التوفيق فيما بحثنا وأن يجعله مفيداً لدارسي العربية، فهو سميع مجيب. \
