الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيد المرسلين محمد بن عبدالله المرسل رحمة للعالمين وعلى أله وصحبه وسلم أجمعين. أما بعد... يهدف البحث الى اجراء دراسة في بيان التحريم الالهي لعملية الاحتكار وخاصة تلك التي ظهرت في صور حديثة ولا فرق بين احتكار المطعومات او المواد الاخرى اذ كل ما يحتاج اليه الناس ويحتكر عنهم يعد احتكارا ويدخل فيه التحريم. هذا وقد اعتمد الباحث على منهج التحليل في ضوء القران والسنة واقوال العلماء الذين حللوا الكتب المتخصصة بفقه المعاملات في اثبات فرضية البحث من خلال الاعتماد على المراجع الاصلية، وقد اقتضت الضرورة تقسيم هذا البحث على مبحثين، حيث تحدث المبحث الاول عن تعريف الاحتكار لغة واصلاحا وما يجري فيه الاحتكار وادلة تحريم الاحتكار من القران والسنة وكان على مطالب. اما المبحث الثاني فكان عن مجالات الاحتكار في الحياة المعاصرة وهو على مطلبين. حيث تحدثت في المطلب الاول عن اشكال الاحتكار في العصر الحديث اما المطلب الثاني فكان عن وسائل منع الاحتكار وسبل معالجتها، هذا وانهيت بحثي هذا بالخلاصة والتوصيات. \
