المستخلص: The study included: It was obvious in the last that the state doe sits best to add a lot of new lands in order to open many ways to the graduated youth for the achievements of the citizen ship concept and the dimensions which this concept include as freedom ,responsibility cooperation .Because of the newness of many countries experiments in the field of education services quality and dependence , the connection between the scientific researcher and the society may contributes in the richness of the general services and this by presenting suggested educational services to artistic workers which can help in opening a new field and increase families in come. The study aims to; 1- Design a training course to graduate artistic train’s able to train the rural women. 2- Training participating rural women on simple crafts. 3- Employing the hand crafts skills in producing an artistic product used as a small projects which help in raising the families income . The training course was held on (Sedna Aalkhadar), village and (Yausef Al- sedeek) which follows Fayoum governor ate. The program of the course included: Theoretical part about the concept of the hand embroidery and the materials ,fibers, after that in learning the design and whip stitches and that make small samples and after that choosing projects and carrying it out. The results show that the products were admired by all who watched them.
