المستخلص: يتكون البحث من عشرين مسألة فقية، مستعرضاً في كتابتها المذاهب الأربعة المشهورة وغيرها إذا كان فيها خلاف، مستدلا لكل مذهب مرجحاً ما يدعمه الدليل. مرتباً لهذه المسائل على ترتيب كتاب " منهاج الطالبين " للإمام يحي بن شرف الدين النووي. فالمسألة الأولى في الطهارة في اجتهاد الأعمى في الأواني التي في بعضها ماء طاهر وأخرى فيها ماء متنجس. بن حنبل بعدم الاجتهاد في الأواني للأعمى والبصير. أما المسألة الثانية إلى الثامنة فيتعلق بالصلاة والحج. فالثانية في أذان الأعمى، والثالثة في اجتهاده في القبلة، والرابعة في إمامته في الصلاة، والخامسة في حكم الجمعة عليه، السادسة في حكم تغسيل الأعمى للميت، والسابعة في حكم أدائه للزكاة، والثامنة في حكم الحج عليه إذا لم يجد قائداً. أما التاسعة، فهي في بيع الأعمى وشرائه، والعاشرة في وصاية الأعمى على غيره، والحادية عشرة في حكم تزويج الأعمى لغيره، والثانية عشرة في عدم أخذ العين الصحيحة بالعمياء، والثالثة عشرة في عدم وجوب الجهاد على الأعمى، والرابعة عشرة في عدم صلاحيته لتولي الخلافة، والخامسة عشره في عدم جواز ولايته للقضاء، والسادسة عشرة في حكم شهادته، والسابعة عشرة في حكم الجزية على الأعمى، والثامنة عشرة في حكم ذكاة الأعمى، والتاسعة عشرة في صيد الأعمى، والمسألة العشرون في حكم عتق الأعمى عن الكفار. \

This research is in the ruling which the blind differs from the unblind. It consists of twenty of jurisprudential case stating in writing them the four famous ideology and others, if there were a difference, to reason out for each ideology probable what the evidence support. Arrange these cases on arrangement of the Book of "MenhajAltalbeen" for Yahia Ben Sharaf Alddeen Alnawawi. First case is in puirtyin diligence of the blind in utensils which some of them consisting of pure water and others which consisting of impure water. Ben Hanbel no diligence in the utensils for blind and unblind. The second to the eighth are related to prayer and pilgrimage, the second is the performance of the blind for "Adan" for the prayer,the third is in his trying in the direction, the fourth is in his Imam in prayer, the fifth is in the matter of the prayer of Juma'a on him, the sixth is in washing of the blind for the dead, the seventh is in the matter of his performance of Alms, the eighth is in the matter of pilgrimage on him, if he cannot get a guide, the ninth is in the sale and purchase of the blind, tenth is in the custody of the blind on others, eleventh is in the matterof the marry of the blind to other, twelfth is in the matter of punishment the sound eye with the blind eye, thirteenth is no necessity of jihad on the blind, fourteenth is his disable in undertaking succession, fifteenth is in permissibility of undertaking of judiciary, sixteenth is in the matter of his witness, seventeenth is in the matter of tribute on the blind, eighteenth is in the matter of cleverness of the blind, nineteenth is in the hunting of the blind, and the twenty case is in the liberation of the blind instead of the atonement. \
