المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تدعيم ونشر قضية من أهم القضايا الإنسانية إلا وهى قضية التسامح ما بين الناس في جوهرها الوجداني وقالبها الانسانى وليس الافتراضي،وهذا ما يحتاجه الان مجتمعنا العراقي الذي يعج بالخلافات الفكرية والمذهبية والتعصبية والتي أفقدته حلاوة طابعه الاسلامى الجميل في التسامح.فلا بأس أن يمثل لنا جون لوك مثلا وعبره في التسامح وفى تقويض وتقريظ التسامح الطبيعي، فليس كل الحق في إصدار أفكار تغيير طابع ونكهة الأفكار الإلهية أو الطبيعية في التسامح،إنما التسامح ان يحترم المرء آراء غيره من أمور الدنيا والدين والصفح عن أخطائهم، كما ان التسامح هو ترك الناس وما هم عليه من عادات وتقاليد كي نجود بأخلاقنا عليهم،فالواجب كل الواجب هو الجانب الاخلاقى في التسامح، كما انه شئ نستوعبه في داخلنا وضمائرنا كوننا بشر، ولكي نهتم بالتسامح لابد من الجود بالحقوق ثم التسامح بعدها، كما وجب الفهم ان التسامح ليس مصدره غلبة القوى للضعيف، إنما هو قناعة يؤمن بها الإنسان على وفق دينه وضميره.
