المستخلص: لقد ضمت الشريعة الاسلامية بين طيات نصوصها الكريمة المتمثلة بالكتاب وسنة المصطفى(صلى اﷲ عليه وسلم) انواعا كثيرة من المكاييل والأوزان فاكتسبت صفة الشرعية لدخولها في أحكام التشريع من عبادات ومعاملات وحدود. ولا يجوز لأحد تغيير ما قرره الشرع من هذه المكاييل والأوزان بنقص ولا زيادة لأن في تغييرها تعطيل لما جاء به الشرع من الأحكام اذا بقيت مقاديرها معروفة على الوضع الذي تقرر في صدر الإسلام بقيت نصب الشرع وأحكامه معلومة يعرفها من عرف الاصطلاح الأول ومن لم يعرفه. ومن الواجب على الامة الاسلامية ان تحافظ على هذه المكاييل والأوزان الشرعية وتحديد ما يعادلها بالأوزان المعاصرة لتظل واضحة المعالم معروفة لدى كل مسلم وقد عين علماؤنا ببيانها في كتابات متفرقة وأماكن مختلفة أثارني للبحث في مصطلحات المكاييل والأوزان الشرعية لتقديمها سهلة لطلاب العلم خاصة وللمسلمين عامة. من حيث ماهيتها وأهميتها الشرعية ومختصر تأريخي عنه اوورودها في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة وبيان مقادير كل منها في عصرنا الحالي موضحة ذلك بجداول في نهاية البحث تسهيلا للعودة إليها سائلة اﷲ عز وجل ان يجعل عملي هذا خدمة للمسلمين وفي ميزان حسناتي يوم الدين. \

We have included the Islamic between the folds of precious texts of the Quran and sunnah of the prophet (peace be upon him) many kinds of weights and measures acquiring legitimize for this entry in the provisions of the legislation of acts of worship and the transactions and the limits and no one has the right to change of what the sharaa has decided of these weights and measures in decrease and not increase because the change in disabling of what was brought by verdicts of Islam and if stays its values known on the situation which was decided at the head of beginning of Islam that remains the rules of sharaa known to the provisions of the first term is known and to those of not knowing it . It is incumbent upon the Muslim nation to maintain these weights and measures legitimacy and determine the equivalent . By the modern and current weights to remain contemporary and known to every Muslim has been appointed and our religious scientists has taken into consideration on its statements in the writings of our scientists isolated and different places exited to discuss the terms of weights and measures for providing legitimacy easy for students of science in particular and the Muslims in general . In terms of what it and its importance legitimacy and brief historical and its writing in the Holly Quran and honorable prophet Sunnah and indicate the amounts of each in our current time explain that scales in the end of the research to facilitate the return to ask GOD legitimacy to make this work of service to the Muslims and in the balance of my good deeds in the day of judgment.\
