The struggle and rival happened rulers of Bilad Al-Shm and Egypt, and Al-Jazera and Bilad Al-Sharq regions from Aubides, Artuq and Roms Siljuks after the third decade of 6 th century H/(12 th AD) facilitated the coming of an emergency power to the area of struggle such as Al- Khawarizmes from remains of the mercenaries of Al-Sultan Jalal-Al- deen mankabarty who was killed in 628H/1230AD. This emergency power played an important role in those events as far as the rulers were concerned without having a clear stand or loyalty to any of struggling parties. Rather, everything or stand changed and sometimes quicker than the developments of events themselves. Thus, they changed their support according to their interests and that which part would give them more. Al-Khawarizmes became an additional circle of weak circles and political disgust that dominated the area. It led to the dissipation of its military efforts later on against the invading forces of Crusades whose existence in the area became a necessity who went into a continuous struggle with Aubides to remain in the area. Mongols enforced the region into their strategic project and occupied it after less than two decades. Thus, it can be said that the success of the invading forces from Crusaders and Mongols was due to their weakness rather than to their strength.
