This research tackles the biography and the jihad of one of the Ottoman sailor men, namely: "Muhyyi Al-Deen Beeri Reess", who spent his life during the period of time in which the Ottoman naval witnessed its super power, greatness and predominance on seas related to its territories. In addition, he lived in the time of the prominent sailor men, like his uncle "Kamal Reess" whom was his leader till his death in (917 A.H. – 1511 A.C.), and "Urouj Reess" and his brother "KhairulDeen Breerussa" with whom he worked for a period of time. This sailor man was recognized throughout his wide culture and his knowledge of multi-languages which acquired him the ability to know widely most things of sea sciences. All these matters enabled him to be well-known in this field. Depending to his own experience, he composed the most important geographical classification called "The Naval", and he also drew two maps of the world. He also is considered as the drawer of the most ancient map which is known in the world till now. In addition, he is the prominent leader in the Ottoman navy throughout taking part in many naval battles in the Mediterranean Sea, the Arab Gulf and the Arab sea.
