هدف البحث إلى تعريف الطلبة بالمشكلات التي يعانون منها والتي تؤثر عليهم أكاديميا وتحليلها وتحديد أساليب التغلب عليها أو التقليل من آثارها، وكذلك إلى مساعدة الطلبة على اختيار وتحديد المقررات الدراسية التي ينبغي عليهم التسجيل فيها ودراستها وانطلقت أهمية البحث من كون الإرشاد الطلابي أحد الأركان الأساسية في نظام الساعات المعتمدة، بحيث يتم تحديد أوقات دورية معلنة للإرشاد وذلك بما يتناسب مع ظروف الجدول الدراسي للطلاب والجدول التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأكدت الدراسة أهمية الإرشاد الطلابي المنوع وفق التخصصات العلمية وما يرتبط بها من مقررات دراسية وأنشطة، وقد بلغ مجموع أفراد عينة الدراسة (500) بواقع (250) من الذكور و(250) من الإناث. وتم إعداد مقياس اتجاه الطلاب والطالبات نحو أهمية الإرشاد الطلابي، وعرض المقياس بصورته الأولية على اثني عشر محكما من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأخذت ملاحظات المحكمين بعين الاعتبار على المقياس، وتم حساب ثبات المقياس باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ، وطريقة التجزئة النصفية لعينة الذكور ولعينة الإناث ثم العينة الكلية. وفى ضوء فرضيات البحث ونتائج الدراسة واستنتاجاتها توصل البحث إلى أهمية دراسة اتجاهات الطلبة والطالبات فيما يخص آراءهم نحو أساليب الإرشاد الطلابي والتوجيه المهني من أجل مستقبل أفضل ومتابعة الخريجين للوقوف على احتياجاتهم بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم وتزويدهم بما هو متطور من خلال برامج التدريب والإرشاد في أثناء الخدمة، وإلي ضرورة إضافة مقرر دراسي خاص بالإرشاد الطلابي لكل التخصصات التعليمية المطروحة في كليات التربية بسلطنة عمان، ثم أهمية تدريب وإرشاد طالبات التعليم الأساسي علي خدمات الإرشاد الطلابي وخاصة لأسر ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وللأطفال في مدارس التعليم الأساسي، أو إنشاء قسم للتربية الخاصة في كليات التربية بسلطنة عمان وضرورة إيجاد برامج تخصصية للتربية الخاصة.
The purpose of this study is to make students aware of the problems that they are suffering from, and also affects them academically as well as analyzing and over coming them or minimizing their side effects. It also serves to help students to choose the curriculum text books that the students should enroll in or study. The study considered the students guidance as one of the basic pillar in the credit hours system. This will make a specific time for guidance which suits the students’ time table and the teaching stall schedule. This study emphasized on the importance of various students’ guidance as per as the scientific fields and other studies and activities. The total sum of the research sample was(500), (250) males and (250) females.: A measure was made to measure the male / female students trends to wards the importance of the students' guidance. The measure was initially given to twelve teaching staff examiners’. Their notes were taken into consideration and the right changes were done on the measurement, calculation of the steadfastness of the measurement was done by using half - part. The connection dealing between double and single phrase was (0,57-0,58-0,56) to males and females sample and the total sample. In view to the research suggestions and its results and conclusions, the research revealed the importance of the male / female student’s trends according to their opinions to wards students guidance systems and vocational supervision for better future. and graduates follow up to know their needs in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. Also to provide them with the latest through training programs and supervision while they are on duty. Also the necessity of adding a special text book for each scientific field in the u colleges of education in sultanate of Oman. Also the importance of training and guiding the female students of basic education on guidance services especially the family’s of special needs and also the children in the basic learning schools or establishing a department for special education in the colleges of education in the sultanate of Oman as well as finding special programs for special education.
