يستطلع هذا البحث أحكام الدعاء على المسلم الظالم المعين في الفقه الإسلامي. وتكمن أهميته في أمور: أولها: أن الدعاء من أسمى العبادات في الشريعة الإسلامية ويغفل كثير من الناس عن أحكامه . وثانيها: غفلة كثير من الناس عن كون الدعاء على الغير داخل في مفهوم العبادة ، ولذا ينبغي ألا يتعدى فيه المرء حدود ما شرع الله فيه. وثالثها: إسراف كثير من الناس في الدعاء على الظالم دون تنبه لحدود الشرع في ذلك. وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة ، وخمسة مباحث كل مبحث مختص بمسألة من مسائل البحث ، ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع. تحدثت في المقدمة عن أهمية الموضوع ، وحدود بحثي له. أما المبحث الأول ففي مشروعية الدعاء على الظالم من حيث الأصل ، والمبحث الثاني في فضيلة العفو والصفح عن الظالم وترك الدعاء عليه ، والمبحث الثالث في الدعاء على الظالم بالضرر في أمور دنياه ، والمبحث الرابع في حد الدعاء على الظالم بالضرر في أمور دنياه ، والمبحث الخامس في الدعاء على الظالم بالضرر في أمر دينه ، والمبحث السادس في الجهر بالدعاء على الظالم. ثم ختمت هذا البحث بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، كما وضعت فهرسا للمصادر.
This research explores the provisions of pray against certain unjust Muslim in the Islamic jurisprudence. The importance of this research is represented by many matters, first of all is that the pray is one of the most important worships in the Islamic law (Sharia) and many people do not pay attention thereof, secondly, many people do not consider the pray against others as a worship, therefore, in this regard, the Muslim should not exceed the limits determined by the Sharia, thirdly, many people have excess of pray against the unjust persons regardless of the Sharia provision. This study includes an introduction, five themes; each is related to one side of the research, conclusion, index for references. The introduction includes the topic importance and my research limits. The first theme involves the legitimacy of pray against the unjust Muslim in terms of the origin, the second one underlines the pray against the unjust Muslim, to be injured in his life, the third theme sheds a light on the limit of pray against the unjust Muslim, to be injured in his life, the fourth theme in the pray against the unjust Muslim to be injured in his religious life, and the fifth one about the loud pray against the unjust Muslim. The conclusion suggests the most important results, in addition to the index for the references.
