يتناول هذا المقال موضوع أثر خروج المرأة للعمل على العلاقات الأسرية فظاهرة اشتغال المرأة و لاسيما الأم لم تعد تدرس من جانب أنها تتعلق بالمرأة نفسها فحسب، بل تعدى ذلك إلى الأسرة والمجتمع ككل، فخروج المرأة للعمل تاركة وراءها مسؤوليات كبيرة و خطيرة تتمثل في تنشئة الأطفال و رعايتهم وإعدادهم ليكونوا أفراد سويين نفسيا و اجتماعيا، و رعاية الزوج أيضا وتلبية حاجياته ،انعكس ذلك على الحياة الأسرية ككل، و كان له الآثار العميقة في تغيير وتطوير المركز الاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة، و كذا الأدوار و الوظائف في المجتمع، و لا شك أن التغيير في الأدوار سيصاحبه تغير في العلاقات، و لقد تضاربت الدراسات حول نتائج أو آثار عمل المرأة على العلاقات الزوجية، و على تربية الأبناء و نتائجهم، و حتى على المجتمع الكلي من خلال مؤسساته، فهناك من يؤكد الآثار السلبية لعمل المرأة على الحياة الأسرية و خاصة إذا كان لديها أطفال، في حين تثبت الأخرى أن الرضا النفسي الذي تحصل عليه المرأة من ممارسة العمل ينعكس بالإيجاب على علاقاتها الزوجية و الأسرية، حيث سنبين في الدراسة التالية أسباب و دوافع خروج المرأة إلى ميادين العمل، و ما يعكسه –هذا الخروج- من آثار إيجابية و سلبية على الحياة الأسرية من جهة و المجتمع بأسره من جهة أخرى.
This article deals with the impute of the work of the women on the family’s relations in which the situation imam the work of woman is no longer concerned just with the woman but it has a relation with family as will as the society, so that the going of the woman to work leaving after her dangerous and big responsibilities synch as booking after and educating the children to be good person taking care of her husband and satisfying his needs these situation have negative effects on The life of the family, also they have a big influence in the changing , the social situation of the women who work, evens the roles and functions in the society. No doubt that change in the roles, meansc hanges in the relation . There are many points of view concerning the effete or impacts of the work of the women on the relation with her has bunt, on the education of her children and their outcomes and even on the society as a whole concerning, it’s companies other people emplaces on the negative impact of the work of the women on family’s life , specially the one who gas children , this is on one hand. On the other hand other people illustrate the psychological satisfaction that the women realizes hen she works thus situation enable her to have positive relating with her family, so that in the following survey, we will illustrate the causes that push the women the women to look for work and witch positive impact does looking for job on the family and on the society \
