تتناول هده الدراسة قضية من أهم القضايا اللغوية هي قضية التواصل الإنساني, التي تمثلها اللغة الإنسانية, إنً الإنسان لا يستطيع أن ينقل معلوماته, وخبراته, ويعبر عن أغراضه, دون الحاجة إلي اللغة, ويمتاز الإنسان بخصوصية الاهتمام بها وتطويرها, لتواكب التطور الهائل الذي قد يطرأ على المجتمعات. ولأسباب قد تبدو ظاهرة أو خفية, فإن لغة أي كان قد تصاب باضطرابات مختلفة تحتاج إلي عناية خاصة, تهدف إلى علاج هذه الاضطرابات, ومساعدة الذين يعانون منها, وتخليصهم من المؤثرات السلبية التي قد تصاحبها, والأخذ بأيديهم حتى يصبحوا فعًالين في مجتمعاتهم. ولما استشرت هذه الاضطرابات وتعمقت أثارها, رأيت أن يكون لي ساهمة في تشخصيها, وتبيان طرق علاجها, فتناولت في بحثي مفهوم الاضطرابات والحبسة الكلامية (الأفيزيا) , والسرعة الزائدة في الكلام, واضطرابات النطق والصوت, ثم تناولت طرق تشخيص هذه الاضطرابات وكيفية علاج كل واحدة منها على حده. واستعملت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. \
This study approaches one of the most important Linguistic issues. It tackles communication which is naturally facilitated by a certain human language that enables people to pass their knowledge and experience, and to express their thoughts and desires. Man is likely to have some special capabilities to develop such a linguistic variety to cope with the great changes taking place within human communities. Any human language- for one reason or another, whether consciously or subconsciously, may have some disorders that need special care from linguistics. Remedy procedures aim to help people not only dismiss the language difficulties they already encounter but also isolate the negative effects that always accompany such difficulties. Besides, procedures further patronize some assistance that enables such population to become good member in their communities. As mental disorders have spread out greatly. I made up my mind to explore and diagnose this phenomenon. Therefore, aphasia will be first defined. The physiological, psychological and social causes of aphasia will be next identified. Certain types of aphasia such as Broca's, and anomic aphasia, phonological and surface dyslexia will be explained and exemplified. The prescriptive analytical method has been followed in categorizing and diagnosing this disorders. \
