هدفت الدراسة التوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير استخدام شبكة التواصل الاحتماعي في التوجيه والإرشاد التربوي في ضوء إدراك المرشدين التربويين لأهمية، وتحديد أثر كل من متغيرات الجنس مكان المدرسة، التخصص، وسنوات الخبرة على مدى إدراك المرشدين التربويين لأهيمة استخدام موقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك في الإرشاد التربوي، ومن ثم طرح تصور مقترح لتطوير استخدامه، وقد اختار الباحث عينة قصدية بلغ قوامها 25 من المرشدين التربويين ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة أعد الباحث أداة تمثلت في استبانة تقيس مدى إدراك المرشدين التربويين لأهمية استخدام موقع التواصل الاجتماعي " الفيس بوك " في الإرشاد التربوي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن متوسط الدرجة الكلية لمدى إدراك المرشدين التربويين لأهمية استخدام موقع التواصل الاجتماعي " الفيس بوك" في الارشاد التربوي على جميع أبعاد الدراسة 79.4% أي بدرجة مرتفعة وجود فروق جوهرية في مدى إدراك المرشدين التربويين لأهمية استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك في الارشاد التربوي تبعا لمتغير الجنس، وكانت الفروق لصالح المرشدات ووجود فروق جوهرية في مدى إدراك المرشدين التربويين لأهمية استخدام موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "الفيس بوك" في الارشاد التربوي تبعا لمتغير مكان المدرسة وقد كانت الفروق لصالح المدينة
The study aimed to reach a proposal depiction to develop the use of social networking in Educational guidance and counseling according to the counselors' perception and to determine the affect of each of the variables gender, school place, specialization, and years of experience according to the recognition of the educational guidance of the importance of using the social networking site " face book " and then a proposal depiction was adopted to develop its use. The researcher chose a purposive sample reached to 25 of the counselors and in order to achieve the purposes of the study the researcher prepared a questionnaire in order to identify the awareness of counselors of the importance of using the social networking site " Face book " in educational counseling, and then the study concluded the following results: The total average total of the counselors' recognition of the importance of the use of the social networking site " Face book " in the education guidance on all dimensions of the study was high (79.4%). There were statistically significant of the counselors' recognition of the importance of the use of the social networking site " Face book in educational counseling variable depending on sex, and the differences were for the female advisors. There were statistically significant of the counselors' recognition of the importance of the use of the social networking site " Face book " in education cunseling variable depending on school place, and the differences were for town schools. \
