The Pact of that was, that the ill effort of Urope which made by Britain, France and Soviet Union, linked mainly with all which concerned of Germany’s ambitions and Policy on both levels the internal and external since receiving Hitler the administration in January, 1933, and the fail which inflected the European diplomacy to Control that policy, which thought between the years 1933, 1939. it could change the Germany of Hitler to aspear against Socialism represented by Soviet Union and the revolutionary more ments which its danger Continued its threat in a sensitire places of the world, even the European Continental itself. The matters which Stalin took in mind in the talks of August 1939 which faild.
