يعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية التي تعتمد على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بشقيه التحليلي والميداني، بهدف التعرف على الواقع المتاح حاليًا بالنسبة لظاهرة العنف المدرسي لدى الطلاب في كل من المرحلة الإعدادية والثانوية، والتعرف على المتغيرات والأبعاد البيئية المؤثرة في إفراز السلوك العنيف لدى الطلاب، وذلك لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة أو الحد منها، وتم ذلك من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة من طلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية من مدارس حي المطرية بمحافظة القاهرة قوامها (200) موزعة على الطلاب من الجنسين بمجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم تقسيم فصول الدراسة إلى الإطار المنهجي للدراسة، والإطار النظري، والدراسات السابقة، وأخيرًا المتغيرات البيئية وعلاقتها بالعنف المدرسي وصولًا إلى الأساليب الإحصائية والنتائج والمقترحات. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة: - ضرورة اهتمام الأسرة بتوجيه أبنائهم إلى قيم التسامح واحترام الآخر. - تشجيع الأبناء على ممارسة الرياضة والحرص على معرفة أصدقاء الأبناء. - كما أوصت باهتمام المدرسة بممارسة الطلاب للأنشطة المختلفة الرياضية والفنية، والاستفادة من المراكز الشبابية الرياضية والثقافية الخارجية. - ضرورة زيادة أعداد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمدارس بما يتناسب مع أعداد الطلبة وتدريب المديرين والمدرسين على برامج حل المشكلات، ورفع مستوى القائمين على العملية التعليمية ماديًّا ومهنيًّا. - كما أوصت بضرورة اهتمام الدولة بتقليل الكثافة السكانية بتيسير الإجراءات في الحصول على سكن بالمناطق الجديدة وتطوير العشوائيات. - وعلى الإعلام الاهتمام بتنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية والتقليل من مشاهد العنف وزيادة البرامج الدينية والأخلاقية لتنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية.
This is a descriptive research which is based on the social survey methodology; field and analytical It aims at identifying the status quo concerning school violence among students in the Egyptian preparatory and secondary schools. It is also meant to identify the environmental changes which led to the existence of student violence in order to suggest effective solutions for the problem. The research is conducted on 200 students from the learning community in Matareya - Cairo through questionnaires. The research is divided into the methodological framework, the theoretical framework, previous studies, the environmental changes and their effect on school violence, the statistical research and results, and finally the recommendations. The research proposes the following recommendations to face student school violence: • To encourage students to engage in sports, artistic and other activities in the cultural and youth centers that are close to the schools. • To increase the number of social and psychological workers in schools as related to the number of students. • To train teachers and school directors on problem solving techniques. • To improve the professional and financial status of educators. • To work with parents in order to teach students tolerance and respect for other, and to encourage them to engage in positive activities such as sports. • To encourage parents to be part of the friend circle to their children. • To urge to government to decreases the population densities in big cities through simplifying the application procedures of living in new urban communities, as well as developing slum areas.
