|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الحاكمية المؤسسية وأثرها على أداء الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة والبالع عددها (87) شركة، وتمثل جميعها عينه الدراسة، قام الباحثان باختيار وحده المعاينة والتحليل من المديرين والعاملين وتم اختيار عينه مكونه من ٥ أفراد من كل شركة من الشركات التي تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة المدرجة في بورصة عمان ويكون العدد (435) مديراً وعاملاً، وقد تم توزيع الاستبانات عليهم، بعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية للحاكمية للمؤسسية بأبعادها على أداء الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة بأبعادها.
|b This study aimed to identifying the governance and its impact on the performance of the industrial companies, the population of the study, consisted of all industrial companies which are (87) which represents also the sample of the study. The Researchers choose the sampling and analyzing unit from the managers who work in the supreme management, where choose a sample consisted of (5) persons from each company from the companies which represent the population of the study in the industrial companies listed in Amman Stock Exchange, in which a number become . ( .435) managers and employee, the questionnaires were distributed on them after verifying the validity and reliability of the tool. \ The results showed the presence of a statistically significant effect of corporate governance on corporate performance dimensions of the dimensions Industrial.
