توجد في حياة البشرية بقع عمياء و حلقات مفقودة و فرص و قدرات مهدرة و مناطق مجهولة، تمثل عملية معرفة جهلنا بها اتصافنا بصفة العلم، إذ أنه بقدر ما يكون الإنسان على علم بمناطق جهله .. يكون عالماً. إن التوراة التى جاء بها موسى عليه السلام لا يمكن أن تحوى النصوص التى وضعها المزيفون ظلماً و زوراً لكي يدفعوا بالحضارة الإنسانية إلى الهلاك، لذلك جاءت الإقتباسات في مطلع الدراسة الراهنة لتبين زيف و بطلان الأسس التى يستند إليها دعاة الحرب و قتل الإنسان لأخيه الإنسان. و ما يدور في دول حوض النيل اليوم من مؤامرات و مشروعات على منابع النيل، تقف إسرائيل مستندة إلى المزاعم التوراتية وراءها. و تقوم إسرائيل بتمويل العديد من المشروعات في دول حوض النيل للتأثير على مصر و وضعها في أزمة مياه، و تساوم إسرائيل مصر صراحة و تطلب عدم طرح قضية السلاح النووي الإسرائيلي مقابل توقفها عن **** التى تهدد حصة مصر من مياه النيل. و واقع الأمر يدل على وجود أزمة و مخاطر تهدد حقوق مصر في مياه النيل. و بالتحليل العلمي و الموضوعي لا يمكن إلقاء اللوم على الخارج فقط و لكن المنطق يقتضي رصد ضعف التأثير المصري التربوي و الثقافي و الإعلامي و الإقتصادي في دول حوض النيل، في الوقت الذي يتنامى فيه التأثير الاسرائيلي على هذه الدول بما ينعكس بالسلب علينا في مصر. و تأسيساً على ما سبق تأتي الدراسة الراهنة كمحاولة لتحليل الأزمة و دراسة أسباب ضعف التأثير و التوجه المصري و خاصة في المجال التربوي و التعليمي و الثقافي، بغية محاولة تقديم بعض المقترحات لكي تقوم المؤسسات التعليمية و الثقافية و التربوية في مصر على المستوى الرسمي و الشعبي بمد جسور التواصل و تقويتها بيننا و بين دول حوض النيل لمواجهة خطر التواجد الإسرائيلي هناك و ما يعكسه من مؤامرات تعرض أمننا القومي المائي للخطر

What is happening in Nile Basin countries today, such as p’o and projects on Nile riverheads, Israel stands on the T orah allegatio n behind it, Israel tries to fund some projects in Nile Basin countries to affect Egypt and putting it in a water crisis, Frankly, Israel tries to bargain Egypt, it asks not to discuss the Israeli nuclear weapon issue, in contrast to stopping its projects that threaten Egypt portion from the water of the Nile, the reality proves the existence of a crisis and risks threaten Egypt's right in The Nile. By the objective *nd the scientific analysis, we can't blame the outside world only, but ogically, we have to observe the Egyptian weak educational, cultural, economic, and media effect in Nile Basin countries, at the time while the Israeli effect on those countries is improved, the matter that negatively affect Egypt. According to the last mentioned, the study came to analyze the crisis, and studying the weak effect of the Egyptian orientation reasons, especially in the educational, and cultural fields, in order to try to present some suggestions, to make the cultural and the educational organizations in Egypt on the formal and the informal level abk to build communication bridges, and foster them between us, and Nile Basin countries, to face the danger of the Israeli existence there, and what it can. reflect the plots that can endanger our national water security. \
