|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تناول آثار الحبسة الكلامية من وجهة نظر الحالات المصابة بها مركزين على دراسة المعاش اليومي وذاتيته. \ \ لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت المقابلة النصف موجهة كأداة الدراسة مع 10 حالات تعاني من حبسة حركية في مختلف الوحدات الاستشفائية الجامعية بالجزائر العاصمة. \ \ وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تحليلا نوعيا دلت النتائج أن الإصابة تؤثر على الحياة اليومية للحالات ونشدد على ضرورة أن تأخذ في الاعتبار الذاتية المتعلقة بالمرض قصد توجيه وتحقيق أفضل كفالة لهذه الحالات.
|b The present study aims to describe the consequences of aphasia by focusing on the experience and the subjectivity as it is lived by the patient. Ten subjects recruited from different hospitals in Algiers were interviewed using a qualitative methodology. The qualitative analysis revealed that aphasia affects the daily life of aphasic persons and emphasize on the importance of considering the subjective perceptions of the disease to guide the therapy provided to persons affected by aphasia.
|d L’objectif de cette recherche, est d’explorer le retentissement quotidien de l’aphasie, en fonction du point de vue des personnes aphasiques en mettant l’accent sur le vécu et la subjectivité de patient. Pour répondre à ce objectif, et pour parvenir à une vision aussi authentique que possible du vécu des aphasiques et de pénétrer dans leur mode de perception et d’expérience, une approche qualitative s’est montrée indispensable à partir de données orales recueillies auprès de 10 locuteurs aphasiques recrutés dans les différents services hospitalo-universitaires d’Alger. \ Les résultats issus de l’analyse qualitative révèlent que l’aphasie altère la vie quotidienne des personnes aphasiques et mettent l’accent sur la nécessité de tenir compte de la perception subjective de la maladie pour orienter la prise en charge de ces personnes.
