المستخلص: إن المتتبع للتغيرات التي تطرأ على عالمنا يوميا إذ لم نقل كل ثانية فالعالم يتخبط اليوم في ظل محيط جديد ومتغيرات ومؤثرات جديدة ومتشابكة مع بعضها البعض فالعالم اليوم يشهد تحالفات وشركات وتكتلات كما يشهد النزاعات وكل هذا تتعدد أطرافه من دول إلى منظمات وأفــــراد فاعلين ...الخ ولعل من أبرز هذه التغيرات الجديدة التي تؤثر على العلاقات الدولية والعلاقات الثنائية بصفة خاصة نجد الإرهاب الدولي وظاهرة الهجرة السريـة ومن هنا نجد أنفسنـــا أمام إشكال قمة في الصعوبة فمـا هي الهجرة السرية والإرهاب وإلى أي حد تؤثر على العلاقات الأورومغاربية ؟ وللإجابة على هذا الإشكال نقيم الفرضيات التالية: 1. الهجرة السرية والإرهاب نتاج عن إشكاليات وظروف سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية ودينية. 2. لظاهرة الهجرة السرية والإرهاب انعكاسات سلبية وإيجابية على العلاقات الأورومغاربية في جميع الميادين إق, إج أمنية وسياسية. 3. لظاهرة الهجـرة السرية ارتباط بالإرهاب ومن أجل التوصل إلى صحة أو عدم صحة هذه الفرضيات اتبعنا المناهـج التالية: المنهج التاريخي – المنهج الإحصائي – دراسة حالة متبعين بذلـك الخطة التاليــة:

The phenomenon of illegal immigration and terrorism and its influence on Euro- Mediterranean relations, marked today in the first pages of news, political, economic, social, and even strategic, between the two sides, the South and the North. And the main question, what are the solutions proposed policies by these countries to fight against these heavy phenomena or to reduce their impact and influence in the medium and long term because they are related to the security of the host country European "France, Spain, Italy, Portugal" who have a direct link with the importer of illegal immigrants or as transit countries such as "Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, and the country Black Africa" This article attempts to answer these central questions which are linked to the security of the North and the stability of systems, policies in the South

Le phénomène de l’immigration clandestine et le terrorisme et son influence sur les relations euroméditerranéennes; marque aujourd’hui dans les premières pages de l’actualités ,politiques, sociales économiques ; et même stratégiques, entre les deux rives ; pays du Sud et du Nord. Et la question principale, quelles sont les solutions et les politiques proposes par ces pays pour lutter contre ces phénomènes lourdes ou bien pour diminuer leur impacte et son influence a moyen et a long terme ; car elles sont liés a la sécurité des pays d’ accueil européens « France, Espagne, Italie, Portugal » qui ont un lien directe avec les pays importateur des immigres clandestine ou comme transite tel que « Algérie, Tunisie, Maroc, et les pays d Afrique Noir » Cet article essaie de répondre a ces questions centrales qui sont lier a la sécurité des pays du Nord et a la stabilité des systèmes, politiques dans les pays du Sud.
