هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الدلالات التربوية المستنبطة من الآيات والأحاديث الخاصة بالعلاقة الوالدية، إضافة إلى التركيز على جمالية اللفظ القرآني والنبوي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت المنهجين: الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات وهي أن النصوص الشرعية المتعلقة بالعلاقة الولدية كلها مترابطة متناغمة في المعنى، والخطاب الوارد في تلك النصوص متوازن، يسلط الضوء على مسؤوليات جميع الأطراف المتفاعلة في الموقف (سواء الآباء أو الأبناء) دون أن يغفل فيها عن أي طرف، كما أن الخطاب في النصوص الشرعية يؤكد المسؤولية من زاوية ويلفت النظر لما يقابها من الواجب من زاوية أخرى، ويقدم لغة المسؤولية على لغة الواجب، بل يصرح في المسؤولية ويلوح بالواجب، وأن الخطاب بصيغة المذكر الوارد في الآيات الوالدية هو خطاب يشمل الأب والأم معاً، كما جرت العادة في لغة العرب أن صيغة المذكر تشمل المذكر والمؤنث حتى ترد قرينة توجب خصوصية لأحدهما، وبذلك توصي الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التربوية الجمالية لألفاظ القرآن الكريم، والحديث الشريف؛ فيما يتعلق بمجال الأسرة، للوقوف على أبرز دلالاتها وتوظيفها في الواقع المعيش، بما يؤكد صلاحية النصوص الشرعية لكل زمان ومكان، كما توصي بدراسة نصوص شرعية أخرى تتعلق بالعلاقة الوالدية وجعلها مجالاً للبحث والنظر العلمي والتربوي، إذ لا ندعي استيفاء الدراسة الحالية لجميع نصوص تلك العلاقة.
This study aimed at revealing the educational evidences derived from verses and Hadiths related to parental relation plus. Focusing on the beauty of Qura'n and prophet expression, in Order to achieve the study purpose, I depended on tow methods: readable and conclusion, so the study concluded a number of conclusions, which that the legislative text related to parental relation are all linked in their meaning, also their discourse is balanced, focuses the light on the responsibilities of all parties which reacted in the situation( weather fathers or sons) without ignoring any party, also, the discourse in legislative text emphasizes on the responsibility from one hand, also, it emphasizes on the task from another hand, also it advance the language of responsibility on the language of task, also, the discourse of the male which came in the verses related to parental includes father and mother together, as it's known In Arab language that the formulation of male inefudes male and female until one of them is determined, so the study recommends to conduct more and more beauty educational studies for the expressions of holy Qua n, and Hadith, with related to family domain to stand on the most important evidences and employ them in real life, so, the legislative text to be suitable for every time and place, also the study recommends to study other legislative texts related to parental relation and make it a domain for scientific and educational research, so, we don't claim that our study is comprehensive for all related texts.
