تستند الدراسة الراهنة في معالجة إشكاليتها البحثية المبينة إلي مجموعة من الاعتبارات الهامة، في مقدمتها ما يتصل بأهمية الظاهرة ذاتها " حيث أن ظاهرة الإرهاب أصبحت إحدى القضايا الرئيسة التي تحظي باهتمام متزايد " باعتبارها ظاهرة كونية امتدت إنعكاساتها لتشمل معظم مجتمعات العالم بما فيها بالطبع المجتمعات الإسلامية، فضلا عن أن أخطارها قد تجاوزت تخريب الممتلكات وإزهاق الأرواح، لتشمل فيما بعد أخطارا جمة ذات تأثير مجتمعي شامل. ومن ثم فقد تكرست الجهود لمواجهتها ومحاولة إيجاد آلية تمكن من مكافحتها، والمضاء عليها. كذلك فإن ظاهرة الإرهاب وما يؤسس لها من خلل في منظومة القيم والمعايير الاجتماعية والخلقية السائدة، وما قد يصاحبها من مظاهر للتطرف الفكري والديني، تعد أحد الموضوعات البحثية الهامة التي يجدر التعرض لها بالدراسة والتحليل العلمي: الموضوعي، لكونها تمثل لمجالا ملائما لإختبار المقولات النظرية في ضوء الواقع المجتمعي. وقد تضمنت أهداف الدراسة تناول ظاهرة الإرهاب-في ارتباطها بالقيم والمعايير الفكرية والأخلاقية السائدة في المجتمع والتغيرات التي قد تطرأ عليها، وتحليل التأثير المتوقع لذلك علي تنامى معدلات الإرهاب في ضوء خصوصية الثقافة الإسلامية. وبخصوص الأسلوب المنهجي فقد اعتمد الباحث علي الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة محاور الدراسة المختلفة. أما عن أهم النتائج التي انتهت إليها الدراسة فتمثلت في التأكيد علي أن أية أشكال أو مظاهر للتطرف أو العنف أو الإرهاب لا يمكن أن تعزى إلى عامل واحد فحسب، وإنما مجموعة متكاملة ومركبة من العوامل المتداخلة، والتي من شأنها أن تؤدي مجتمعة إلى تلك النتيجة. وأن جوانب الإختلال في القيم والمعايير الفكرية والأخلاقية المشار إليها إذا ما تمكنت في المجتمع فإنها قد تتحول في مرحلة تالية إلى سلوك تدميري ذو آثار هدامة بالقطع؛ لكن بشرط توافر بعض المقومات الإضافية أوضحتها الدراسة بالتفصيل. فضلا عن التوصل إلي صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات المستقبلية المقترحة، والتي تنطوي علي آليات مؤثرة من شأنها المساهمة في التصدي لإختلال القيم والمعايير الفكرية والأخلاقية للحد من ظاهرة الإرهاب في المجتمع الإسلامي، في ضوء المحددات والمتطلبات النظرية وأبعاد المعالجة المجتمعية الواقعية.
The current study is based on addressing the problems involved in research to set out a series of important considerations in the forefront of the related phenomenon of the same. Since the phenomenon of terrorism has become one of the major issues that are receiving increased attention as a global phenomenon reflections extended to include most societies of the world including, of course, Islamic societies. Moreover, the risks have exceeded property damage and loss of life to the later risks of a significant societal impact of a comprehensive. Thus dedicated efforts to confront them and try to find a mechanism to allow for the control and eradication. The phenomenon of terronsin and establishes an imbalance in the system of values and social norms and moral situation and any accompanying manifestations of intellectual and religious extremism Is one of the important research subjects should be dealt with the study and objective scientific analysis, For being an area suitable for testing theoretical statements in the light of reality-based. The objectives of the study included addressing t e phenomenon of terrorism linked to the values and intellectual and ethical standards prevailing in society and the changes that may cool, and analysis of the expected impact of the growing rates of terrorism in the light of the specificity of Islamic culture. On the methodological approach adopted a researcher on the descriptive analytical method in dealing with areas of study. As for the main conclusions of the study were to reiterate that any forms or manifestations of extremism, violence or terrorism can not be attributed to one factor, but a full range ot factors and complex overlapping, which would lead to the combined result. And aspects of the imbalance in values, intellectual and ethical standards referred to it if they managed in the community could turn up at a later stage to conduct destructive effects of a destructive definitely. But subject to the availability of additional ingredients were apparent in the detail. As well as to formulate a set of recommendations and proposed future involving the effective mechanisms would contribute to addressing the imbalance of values, intellectual and ethical standards to curb the phenomenon of terrorism in the Muslim community in the light of parameters and requirements theoretical and factual dimensions of community treatment.
