The old Arabic poetry has not been studied in detail. According to the modern ways of study saving some limited Studies. The old poetic types contain a large quantity of ideas Meanings and far-reaching thoughts. This shows that the old Arabic poets have poetic, dreamy and delicate feelings. Thus. It is important to study old poetry in the light of modern studies, in a way not canceling its identity but confirming it. Hence, the researcher attempts to study the place phenomenon in Al-shareef Al-Radhi's poetry. The paper consists f and introduction about place and its studies. Then, the paper deals with the nature of place and its types in Al-shareef's poetry later, the study tackles the remains Place and its significance; the hostile place and the friendly one and their significances. Finally, the researcher studies other significances of place as the emotional and religious ones, and the significance of vision. The paper ends with a summary of the most important conclusions. |
