تستهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف على أثر البرامج الحوارية في الفضائيات والفيس بوك والتويتر في تنمية المواطنة العالمية لدى طالبات مقرر تربية مواطنه لقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة الكويت وذلك في الفصل الدراسي الأول (2012-2013) والكشف عن أهم العوامل المؤثرة وبيان تأثيرها على وعي الطالبات من خلال إعداد قائدة من المعايير والمؤشرات الخاصة بها وتصميم برنامج تجريبي في إطار نظري وعملي ومقياس وعي احتوى على 32 بند لكل من قيم (الواجبات والمسؤوليات والحوار والمشاركة الفعالة) للمواطنة العالمية وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة في كل من المتوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري وقيمة ت ككب في مقياس الوعي للمجموعة التجريبية إلى أن نسبة (82%) من التغير الذي حدث في المقياس ككل في المجموعة التجريبية يرجع إلى استخدام البرنامج المقترح الذي سلط الضوء على دور الإعلام في تحديد المجتمع المستقبلي وأوصت بدور فعال للتربية في توعية المجتمع الكويتي.
