يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي يعانيها الموهوبون في ميادين الموهبة والشخصية والصحة النفسية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قدم الباحث استبيانا مفتوحا ل (50) تدريسيا في الجامعات العراقية، ومن إجابات أفراد العينة قام الباحث باستخدام الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة وتوصل البحث إلى وجود عدد من المشكلات، تم التطرق لها في متن البحث وتتلخص بالآتي: البيتية، المدرسية، الاجتماعية، نفسية واجتماعية، إرشادية، صحة نفسية، ومشكلات تقويم الأداء. وقد تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. أهمها: التوصيات: 1. الأعداد العالي للأب والأم بهدف ممارسة دورهم في رعاية الموهوبين وفقا لما هو مطلوب منهم وذلك بإدخالهم دورات تدريبية تشرف عليها المؤسسات التربوية والنصية في الوطن العربي. ومن الممكن إعداد هذا النشاط ضمن نشاطات المجلس العربي لرعاية الموهوبين والمتفوقين ونحن على أتم الاستعداد للمساهمة في إنجاح النشاط. 2. العمل المشترك على حل المشكلات التي تشهدها مدارس الموهوبين في الوطن العربي. 3. إيجاد أرضية مشتركة لحلول عملية للمشكلات الاجتماعية التي يعانيها الموهوبين من خلال زجهم في النشاطات الاجتماعية ومحاولة دمجهم مع المجتمع. 4. الاتفاق المبدئي على وضع الأسس العامة لحل المشكلات الإرشادية والنفسية وبناء شخصية الموهوب بما يتناسب مع وضعه الفكري والاجتماعي والنفسي. المقترحات: 1. إعداد دراسات لمشكلات الموهوبين في الوطن العربي بالاتفاق مع المجلس العربي للموهوبين والمتفوقين، وتشكيل فريق عمل بذلك ليتسنى دراستها في كل الدول العربية. 2. الاتفاق مع المؤسسات العالمية التي تبنت مشاريع دراسات على الموهوبين بهدف الاطلاع عليها وعلى التجارب العالمية في هذا الميدان وإشراك مدارس الموهوبين بدورات خارجية في هذا المضمون. 3. العمل مع مؤسسات الرعاية النفسية والطب النفسي بهدف رعاية الموهوبين الرعاية النفسية المتكاملة. 4. دعم المجلس العربي لرعاية الموهوبين والمتفوقين لأخذ دوره الحقيقي في رعاية الموهوبين على مستوى الوطن العربي من المحيط إلى الخليج وبكافة الوسائل المتاحة من قبل دول الوطن العربي والمؤسسات والهيئات الرسمية ومؤسسات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني العربية.
Aimed at the current search to identify the problems experienced by gifted in the areas of talent, personality, and mental health, and to achieve the objectives of the research the researcher questionnaire open for (50) taught at the universities of Iraq, and the answers of respondents, the researcher using the means appropriate statistical and research found to a number of problems, been addressed in the text and are summarized as follows: Household, school, social, psychological, social, guidance, mental health, and problems of performance evaluation. Has been reached a number of recommendations and proposals. Including: Recommendations: 1. Work together to solve the problems taking place in schools, gifted in the Arab world. 3. Find common ground for practical solutions to social problems experienced by gifted by dispatching them to social activities and try to integrate them with society. 4. Initial agreement to develop general principles to solve problems and psychological guidance and build personal talent commensurate with his intellectual, social, and psychological. Proposals: 1. . Studies the problems of the gifted in the Arab world with the agreement of the Arab Council for the gifted and talented, and thus the formation of a working group to be studied in all the Arab countries. 2. Agreement with the global institutions that have adopted the draft studies to talented to be found and on the international experiences in this field and involve schools in gifted courses in this foreign substance. 3. Work with the institutions of psychiatric care and psychiatric care to mental health care integrated talented. 4. Support of the Arab Council for the Gifted and talented to take a real role in the care of talented people in the Arab world from the Atlantic Ocean to the Gulf and all available means from the countries of the Arab world, institutions and official bodies and institutions and Arab civil society organizations.
