|a يتناول هذا البحث بيان أثر الاتفاقيات الدولية ذات العلاقة بالأسرة، على مفهوم الأسرة وعملها على تغيير مفهوم الأسرة، بالدعوة إلى المساواة الكاملة بين الزوجين، ليشمل أشكالا أخرى شاذة مخالفة للدين والفطرة، وإلى بيان أثر هذه الاتفاقيات على بناء الأسرة المسلمة، وعملها على تغيير مفهوم القوامة، واعتبارها مسئولية مشتركة بين الزوجين، ودورها في تغيير وظيفية الأمومة، وعملها على سلب الولاية من الوالدين، ونشر الفساد بمنع الزواج المبكر، وإعطاء الحرية الكاملة للمرأة في سفرها.
