أن ضعف الطلاب الصم في القراءة يعود إلى قصور خبرتهم السابقة، وتعتبر استراتيجيات ثنائي اللغة من التوجهات الحديثة التي تقدم نموذجاً يتحدى المناهج التقليدية المستخدمة في تعليم الصم، كما تعد استراتيجية (PVR) من استراتيجيات ثنائي اللغة التي تقوم على بناء خلفية معرفية سابقة عن الدرس المراد قراءته، وما تتضمنه هذه الخبرات الحياتية من خبرات أسرية، وخلفية أدبية، والمعرفة بالعالم خاصة فيما يتعلق بفهم الشخص للعالم المحيط به، وهذا يعد مفتاح نجاح الطلاب في عملية الفهم القرائي. وقد حاولت الدراسة التحقق من فعالية تطبيق استراتيجية (PVR) في تحسين مهارات الفهم القرائي الحرفي المباشر للطالبات الصم بالصف (الخامس) الابتدائي بمعهد الأمل في غرب الرياض. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (14) طالبة من الطالبات الصم بالصف الخامس الابتدائي بمعاهد الأمل بمدينة الرياض ممن يتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (10- 17) عاماً تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين ضابطة (ن: 7)، وتجريبية (ن: 7)، واستخدم الباحثان أدوات: قائمة مهارات الفهم القرائي الحرفي المباشر (23) مهارة، واختبار الفهم القرائي الحرفي المباشر (54) سؤالاً لمجموع (18) مهارة تندرج تحت مستوى الفهم القرائي الحرفي المباشر، وإعداد دليل المعلم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى فعالية تطبيق استراتيجية (PVR) في تحسين مهارات الفهم القرائي الحرفي المباشر بعد تطبيق استراتيجية (PVR) بل واستمر هذا التحسن إلى قياس فترة المتابعة، وتم التأكيد على فعالية استراتيجية (PVR) في تنشيط معرفة الصم وإثارة اهتمامهم وتكوين تصور عام عن النص المقروء وتذكر واسترجاع معلوماتهم السابقة وربطها بالمعلومات التي اكتسبوها بعد القراءة، ومن ثم عرض ملخص (كتابي، إشاري) لما تعلموه؛ مما يؤدي إلى اكتساب المعرفة وتكاملها، والاحتفاظ بها للاستفادة منها في جوانب الحياة المختلفة.
Today's universities are full of many models, mechanisms, and organizational arrangements through which they do their function in the service of society. These models include extended college model, centers and units model that is attached to universities and colleges, partnership and alliance model, Incubator model as a mechanism for linking universities to society, and others. Actually, most of international universities - at the present time - initiate an Incubators initiative to help universities to find out solutions for problems that face Institutions at all sectors, involve the private sector in their tendency towards renewal and innovation, increase cognitive investment, improve productivity and competitive abilities through completing many of research projects, developing a new technology, and creating communication channels between the private sector and research centers according to labor market requirements (service of society). This research aims to identifying the meaning of Incubators, the role of university incubators in the service of society and in achieving economic and social development, identifying international experiences in establishing university incubators, identifying the main features of the Egyptian experience in university incubator, introduce a proposed to activate the role of university in the service of society through university incubator as a model in the light of international experiences and the nature of the Egyptian society. The researchers use the descriptive approach that is suitable for the nature of the current research, and for answering its questions. Research Recommendations: strengthening the relation between university and labor market depending on business incubators that are attached to university which consider a main source of economic development, and help graduates to establish their own institutions. Establishing close links between curricula, scientific research fields and research applications. Activating, encouraging and regulating the co-operation between university and industrial sector. Benefiting from international experiences in establishing business incubators universities. \
