المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن أسباب وأثار وعلاج تفكك الوحدة الإسلامية من منظور السياسة الشرعية. حيث تناول آثار هذا التفكك والضعف، فضلا عن علاج التفكك والضعف وذلك من منظور السياسة الشرعية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن تحقيق الوحدة الإسلامية ليس مستحيلا بل ان الإسلام يحمل سر خلوده في ثناياه والمتتبع لتعاليم الإسلام وأحكامه يجدها تقوم على الجماعية لا الفردية وتقوم علي العقل الجماعي الشورى الذي يسعي لجمع الكلمة في كل المجالات حتى تكون كلمة الإسلام هي العليا دائما وهذا لا يتحقق إلا في ظل نهضة إسلامية عامة في جميع المجالات. ويعود أسباب التأخر إلي العقل الإسلامي الذي أصبح غائبا بشكل كبير عن الحياة الحضارية المعاصرة ومن ثم فإن تحقيق هذه الوحدة أصبح ضرورة حتمية في عصرنا الحاضر للحفاظ على الكيان الإسلامي ولابد من العمل على ان تكون هذه الوحدة نابعة من داخل المسلمين أنفسهم لا من غيرهم. بالإضافة إلى بناء وحدة تقوم على مبادئ الإسلام وقيمة العقدية والخلقية والسلوكية تحتضن المبادئ الحضارية وتستند إلى الأصول الشرعية من القرآن والسنة وتعزز بصيغ وجهود علمية رصينة وقواعد مكينة بحثا عن أفضل الصيغ التنزيلية الملائمة للزمان والمكان والأحوال والتقدم العلمي والتقني المعاصر في ضوء حوار الحضارات بعيدا عن الصدام القاتل. وأوصي البحث بضرورة السعي لتحقيق الوحدة الإسلامية والبقاء علي قوة الأمة الإسلامية والدفاع عنها ضد العدو وهذا لا يتحقق إلا بدور العلماء المصلحين من الأمة والساسة الذين يقودنها وعامة الأمة فكل عليه دور يجب ان يقوم به حتي تتحقق النهضة الشاملة في جميع المجالات ومن هنا تحقق الأمة نهضتها.

The current research aims to uncover the causes, effects and treatment of the Islamic unity disintegration from the perspective of legitimate politics. It addressed the effects of this disintegration and weakness, as well as the treatment of disintegration and weakness, from the perspective of legitimate policy. The results confirm that achieving Islamic unity is not impossible, but that Islam holds the secret of its immortality in its fold. the follower of the teachings of Islam and its rulings find it based on collective rather than individuality and based on the Shura collective mind, which seeks to reunification in all fields so that the word of Islam is always supreme, and this is not achieved except in light of a general Islamic renaissance in all fields. The reasons behind the delay is the Islamic mind, which is largely absent from the contemporary civilized life and therefore the realization of this unity has become an imperative need in our time to maintain the Islamic entity and must work to this unit that stems from within the Muslims themselves. In addition to, building a unit based on the principles of Islam and the value of the doctrine, moral, and behavioral embraces the principles of civilization and based on the legitimate origins of the Quran and Sunnah as will as strengthening with formulations and scientific efforts and solid rules in search of the best formulas for the appropriate for time, place, conditions, scientific and technical contemporary progress in the light of the dialogue of civilizations away from the deadly clash. It recommend that the research should seek to achieve Islamic unity and to maintain the strength of the Islamic nation and defend it against the enemy, and this can only be achieved by the role of reformed scientists from the nation and the politicians who lead it and the nation. Each one has a role to play in order to realize the comprehensive renaissance in all areas and hence the nation is achieving its renaissance.
