المستخلص: إن العنوسة مرض خطير علينا مواجهته بكل ما أوتينا وإلا فسيفتك هذا المرض بمجتمعنا وينتشر الفساد ولا نستطيع عندئذ مواجهته وان أهم الأسباب لانتشار العنوسة هو عدم الالتزام بالشريعة الإسلامية فهي الكفيلة بالقضاء على العنوسة وان التعدد والتسهيل على المتقدم للزواج سواء بقلة المهر أو الأثاث أو المسكن هي من أهم العوامل للقضاء على العنوسة، فعلى أولياء الأمور أن يعرفوا بان إكرام المرأة بتسهيل زواجها لا بالمصاريف الباهظة على كاهل الزوج التي في كثير من الأحيان تجعل الزوج يحمل ديونا بعد زواجه لسنوات إذا لم يقرر الانسحاب وعدم الزواج وعلى الحكومات وخصوصا في بلدنا الإقدام على خطوات جدية لتسهيل الزواج والتخفيف عن كاهل الزوج.
