Un doubtelly, the research in studying law unparticular that relevant administrative law specially contracts administrative. I find this subject is very important, thus, cancellation administrative inseparable decision. So ill defined administrative decisions legal act come to existence for the individual administrative will to aimed that's legal purposes. So, I divided the research in to three chapter, the first is devoted to the concept of the administrative inseparable decision and the judicial control to the cancellation The second chapter is devoted the public to the agreements this case. This chapter attended the necessary condition which are required to the abrogated, and the cancellation causes and the Effect of the abragetd to the other, the opinions abot this subject. Finally, I have put the most important result and recommendations. |
